Standard international transit usually takes between 10 and 20 business days once dispatched. We offer a simplified global shipping solution with a flat-rate fee of $5.99 USD, regardless of your destination.
3. Potential Service Interruptions
While we strive for punctuality, certain external factors such as customs inspections or local carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding should these rare circumstances occur.
4. Shipment Monitoring
You can stay updated on your package's location throughout its journey. Upon dispatch, we will provide a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking ID. You may monitor your parcel via www.17track.net. (Note: It may take several days for the tracking system to sync and display the initial data.)
5. Multi-Parcel Shipments
If you purchased multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we often fulfill orders from different specialized warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel via email.
6. Critical Order Amendments
